1. Return Policy Overview

Products purchased directly from Lynac.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted unless the product has manufacturer defects or verified quality issues. In such cases, the return must be inspected and approved by Lynac prior to acceptance.

Important Note for Lithium Batteries:
Lithium batteries are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging in case a return becomes necessary.


2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unmodified, and undamaged
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by Lynac prior to shipping

Modified products will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any alterations will void the warranty. Modified items returned to Lynac will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
